Logee's has quality plants, but they normally sell really very small plants. Usually only in 2 - 4 inch pots, which is probably OK for flowers, or house plants, but for trees it would take years to get a plant of any size.

I grew petite nigra for several years, it's not productive. I grow about 50 different fig varieties. I gave it a 1 on a scale from 1-5 for production.

Bass

Figs grow relatively faster. So if they sell smaller plants for a smaller price then it is a better deal than rooting the cuttings (except growing from cuttings add extra fun & risk).
