Coffee plants or trees is a very nice house plant to grow, the deep green glossy leaves are very pretty and grows very well in low light areas. Perhaps someday I'll get floweres and beans, But this is not all that important for me at this time it's a joy to have and being able to grow.

I need to get another coffee plant to replace the one I lost 2 years ago. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and it got knocked off its shelf. The poor thing was crispy by the time I got home. They are beautiful plants. Andi

Andi, I had some extra coffees a few years ago. I gave them to the kids at that time. I was growing them in ChC and peat, Anyway they lost the coffees I feel it was due to the mix. At the time I had about 12 extras. I'm down to one at this time. I use ChC and peat, I'm more heavy on the peat for Coffee after leaning the hard way.

I will get another one soon. I think I know someone who has a few they would let me buy. I will have to check. The mix I use is the same I use for the Plumeria and the Citrus plants. I will post the mix conbination if I haven't already. Andi

I always got a spring growth on my container coffee. I recently re potted it from a 2 gal to 3 gal container. This is the first time having 2 flushes in one year. This is a 4-5 year old Arabic coffee. I've had it for about 3 years. This one has always been grown indoors in a southern window. Coffee plants or trees are very pretty, having very green and glossary leaves. I hope I get some flowers this spring and maybe some beans. Dale
