Default Agreed

I agree with Dale's statement...I think growing is 1/2 the fun. When those tiny leaves appear it's like Christmas morning. Paradisi...living where you do gives you a distinct advantage, you can buy fruits in the store that we only read about. Good luck and keep us posted. Any photos?

Here we are Citrus Joe - some seedlings:

An eight month old inga edulis (ice cream bean tree) - and the clothes line

A red grapefruit seedling and mango seedling about 2 1/2 years old - the norfolk pine was a christmas tree that Sandie planted out - this will be it's last christmas - - that tree just gets too big

The rough lemon - 2 years old

A Salacca edulis and a 4 month old ice cream bean (the ice cream bean is pot bound and looking for a home)

And a couple of others:

A mandarin - about 8 months old - unsure of the variety - Sandie brought the fruit home from a friends place and it tasted good so we planted the seeds

A different type of mandarin potted up with snow peas at the back and radish at the front - why waste space??

I didn't photograph the others, but I will once they're a bit bigger

Default Nice!!

Nice photos, nice plants. I've a friend in Queensland and another in Tassie that e-mail often and send photos of what they see daily. Makes me green with envy..(not really) but warmer temps do make a BIG difference as to what you can grow in the ground. By the way...welcome aboard, mate!
